Learn To Read is a non-profit organization that offers several programs for children ages 6-15 and adults of all ages. One program Learn To Read offers is the After-School Tutoring Program (ASTP) for children ages 6-15 who are struggling with reading and mathematics at school. Additionally, Learn To Read conducts classes on English as a Second Language (ESL).

Christmas Party for tutors, students, and parents on December 3 at the Athens State Ballroom from 5-8 PM. There will be potluck dinner, games and fun please call our office at 256-230-3050 and RSVP by November 26th.

The mission of the Learn to Read Council of Athens and Limestone County is to help our residents learn to read, write, and become proficient in basic math to improve their quality of life and independence in the community.
